- Ribs in 3 styles, dry rub, Kansas City style, and Carolina style. Slow cooked, smoked and grilled
- Spinach with garlic and vinegar
- Golden potato slices pan fried to perfection with sea salt
- Dessert – homemade banana creme pies
Sample Dinner Menu – Paul:
- Fresh tomato-basil mozzarella salad
- Homemade summer squash ravioli with shrimp and snowpeas in a light creme sauce.
- Raspberry sorbet
- Roasted asparagus served with spinach risotto with spicy Italian sausage
- For dessert, Limonacho served alongside limoncello martinis
