Sample Brunch Menu – Lauren:

  • House-made coconut-sesame-date granola
  • Fresh yogurt with honey
  • Fresh summer berries from our house blueberry bush
  • OJ squeezed morning of

Sample Dinner Menu – Spencer:

  • Ribs in 3 styles, dry rub, Kansas City style, and Carolina style. Slow cooked, smoked and grilled
  • Spinach with garlic and vinegar
  • Golden potato slices pan fried to perfection with sea salt
  • Dessert – homemade banana creme pies

Sample Dinner Menu – Paul:

  • Fresh tomato-basil mozzarella salad
  • Homemade summer squash ravioli with shrimp and snowpeas in a light creme sauce.
  • Raspberry sorbet
  • Roasted asparagus served with spinach risotto with spicy Italian sausage
  • For dessert, Limonacho served alongside limoncello martinis
