Weekend Shares 2012
Weekend shares are sold in series of either 4 or 5 weekends each. The series are labeled A – D. Shares in each series get access to the house Friday – Sunday on your weekends plus any mid-week days and nights you choose. Mid-week stays have to be approved in advance, but are basically wide open. Also, you will have the ability to bring out guests on your weekends or when you use your mid-week nights. All food, booze and other essentials are included in the price of your share.

Midweek Rates for Non-Shares Seeking Impromptu Beach Vacations
The cost to come during the midweek is listed in the table below. This is an all inclusive cost which includes food, beer, wine, liquor, use of house facilities and gear. We provide all sheets, towels and sundries as well.

Midweek Nights for Shares and Guests of Shares
Weekend shares include unlimited midweeks. Shares may stay for any days and night midweeks as long as they are reserved and approved in advance. Occasional blackout dates may apply. Guests of share members, accompanied by their hosts, may come and stay during the midweeks for $75 per night for guests of shares only. Again, all mid-week stays must be scheduled and approved and have any guest fees paid in advance via our handy online billing system.
