Who We Are

Who We AreThe founding members of Seven Seas, Ben Beggs and Cat Goddard, have a total of 6 years on the beach in Kismet. After spending numerous seasons with well-known sharehouse guru, John Blesso, and author of the definitive book on the topic, Sharehouse Confidential, we decided that not only did we love Kismet and respect the way Chance House was set up and run, but that there was the demand and need for another house that embodied a similar ‘live well – party right’ philosophy. Our plan is to build on the Blesso legacy of good management and add in other features (like a loaded activities schedule, surf and fitness equipment, etc) that will take the potent and sexy beach summer recipe to new heights. We are professionals, and we take great pride in putting the Seven Seas experience together for you and for the many friends we have made over the years in Kismet.  Click here to read bios of founders and others.

Singles and Couples 25-35

Singles and CouplesSeven Seas has one couple every weekend and the rest singles in a 50-50 mix every weekend. Also, there are four guests who fit our demographic every weekend who are friends of our sharehouse members. This ensures that every weekend you will meet lots of new and fun people.

Active and Attractive

Active and AttractiveSeven Seas members are active participators in all aspects of our beach house life, from cooking and pitching in, to making music together, sharing opinions and conversation, indulging in our many activities, and even romance. Our members are the kind of friends you want because they make an effort to make the house environment better for all without having to be asked or goaded.

Collaborative and Engaging

Collaborative and EngagingWe strive to select a group of people who are engaging and approachable and who are happy to share their talents- social, musical, culinary or otherwise- with our group. We want to avoid cliques in the house and promote a sense of dynamism that allows everyone to take maximum advantage of their time on the beach. By summer’s end, we’ll have been able to connect with a large group of dynamic and interesting new friends we might otherwise never have met.
