At Seven Seas, we believe in living life to its fullest. A mainstay of our live-it-up lifestyle is fitness- staying healthy and active so we can enjoy our time relaxing on the beach (and all the delicious foods we’ll be eating).
Each weekend, we will be offering a minimum of 2 group fitness classes. Frequently, classes will be led by our own Seven Seas Sharehouse Manager, Cat, who is a certified and experienced Pilates and yoga instructor. Her group classes are challenging and fun, and yet suitable for all ability levels. Pilates mats and props will be provided for your use, as well as yoga mats, straps, and blankets.
From time to time, we will be hosting guest fitness instructors at the house, or encouraging our members to lead group classes from their areas of interest and expertise. Whether you are a seasoned Pilates practioner, or you don’t know Down Dog from Mickey Mouse, we look forward to your participation.
The fitness studio itself has all the equipment you will need to stay or get fit, including professional grade Pilates equipment, swiss balls, and light free weights.
