When we set up the house, we wanted it to have a very particular feel. For the same reason that we did not want to run the kind of house where people are crashing on the floor and bundled together into cliques, we also believe that the rest of the fixtures of the house need to match our stylish party ways. The furniture is comfortable, the full bar has all the stemware to properly enjoy your libations, wireless internet is provided, and we’ve thought of many other details for your enjoyment.
Seven Seas Sharehouse
Seven Seas Sharehouse is located on Oak Street, 3 minutes from the bars and ferry, and just 6 houses away from the beach (roughly 100 ft.). The 3 story, 8 bedroom / 3 full bathroom house has recently been renovated. There are 6 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 on the third floor, where the main living space is. All but one of the bedrooms (where guests will be billeted primarily) sleep only two. The fact that they are elevated means they get great sunlight and fresh sea air.
There is a beautiful chef’s kitchen with enough prep space and equipment to make all your mouth-watering masterpieces (pictured below). This overflows into a sprawling dining area with a huge community table for sharing food, drink, and stories. Additional bar seating can be found overlooking the kitchen where you can mingle and unwind before and after meals are served.
The cozy sun-filled living room has HDTV and comfy spots to enjoy the Sunday Times, jam sessions, or your favorite book! Adjacent to the ample living room is a newly constructed massive 18′ by 25′ deck that provides the perfect showcase for Kismet’s fiery western sunsets.

The house also features 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower! That means no lines for showers after the beach! The new showers inside feature dual head and body massage jets, as well as a jacuzzi tub.
In addition to the deck off the living room, the lower deck (also approx 450 sqft) will be screened in with fine 20mm screening that will let in light and air, but will not allow mosquitoes, small gnats, or pesky sand flies in to bother you. The space is outfitted with a complete outdoor fitness studio with professional Pilates, Yoga, and exercise equipment. When not in use as a fitness center, the space converts to a high quality outdoor media/screening room with HD projector and movie screen, stereo system and cozy seating for movie nights, plus popular gaming systems for when you just must have a Guitar Hero challenge or play your Wii Tennis championship game.
