Seven Seas offers two FREE professionally instructed fitness classes per weekend, and houses high quality Pilates, Yoga, and fitness equipment for use.

With 3 full bathrooms plus and outdoor shower, there is rarely a line for bathroom use, making trips back from the beach and party prep a breeze!

Seven Seas has top package satellite TV + DVR and high speed wireless internet that all can use for work and play.
Full Bar
Those who live well, drink well. That’s why we have a full bar with proper glass stemware . It’s fully stocked every weekend to make sure you never go thirsty.
Additional Food Storage
Our extra pantry and fridge allows us multiple complicated meals, generous parties, and a basically bottomless supply of favs- even over long weekends.
Kegerator
With premium brew on tap all weekend, you can have great ice cold draft beer all weekend. Consider filling a pitcher and taking it down to your pals on the beach!
Ice Machine
It gets awfully hot and sunny and we need plenty of ice (60lbs/day) for everything from smoothies to sun tea to margaritas.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas
We provide an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other goodies and games for use by our shares for maximum comfort during beach enjoyment time.
Board Games
We have a full complement of board games for shit-talking throw-downs, tournaments and grudge matches. Chess, Scattergories, Scrabble, etc.
House Bicycles
Fire Island is a beautiful place for a bike ride. There are no cars and the whole island is connected by boardwalks and paths. Take one of our bikes for a spin!
Trashy Literature
Feel free to borrow and trade great beach reads from the trading shelf or check out the latest rag that you wouldn’t be caught dead reading on the subway.
Sunny Bedrooms
All the bedrooms benefit from ample sunlight and fresh breezes. Shares are primarily billeted in rooms sleeping only two for privacy when you need it.
Loaded Kitchen
Seven Seas goes the extra mile to keep the house stuffed to the gills with great food and drink for snacking to culinary exploration. Many appliances.

Tennis and Basketball
The towns of Kismet and neighboring Saltaire, both have public tennis and basketball courts only a few houses away. Also, there are tennis courts for rent right across the street by the hour if you don’t want to risk not getting court time.
Non-house events
Throughout the summer, there are a number of major events to which we will be invited or to which the whole town will be invited. There is a house crawl, as well as a major block party with live bands and open barbecues. The bars in town, the Inn and the Out, often have events and contests as well as live entertainment
Improve Yourself
So maybe you don’t yet fancy yourself a five star chef, or you wish you had done yoga but never tried. No problem. At Seven Seas, you’ll be able to go ahead and take a shot at these things. Start preparing dinner for your new group of friends, or try new activities. You’ll be surrounded and supported by plenty of laid back and experienced co-shares who will help you- and who you might help- get better.
Lasting Community
We create a lasting community by reaching out and making a large number of new friends at once. Our friendships extend beyond the summer and into the year. We are all from the city, so there are always birthdays, parties, dinners, dates and other social events that have their roots in Kismet.
