Kismet Seven Seas is a premium summer sharehouse experience located in laid-back and beautiful Kismet, on Fire Island. This is a place where you don’t need cars, phones or shoes. Much closer than the Hamptons and much classier than the Jersey Shore. Seven Seas is an 8 bedroom sharehouse with tons of amenities like a fitness studio, surfing equiptment, full bar w/draft beer, and more.
We are not run by an agency operating a bunch of houses, our managers are shares too and are there every weekend with you. Our house is singles-focused and each weekend has a 50/50 male to female ratio consisting of 18 people (one couple, the rest singles).
We are looking for shares who are entertaining, engaging, interesting and attractive. We are looking for people who add to our social experience and who we would be happy to call friends. We are NOT some compound in the Hamptons where you may or may not have anything in common with whoever shows up on your weekend. Seven Seas has lots of activities each weekend too ranging from weekly culinary experiments planned by our shares for our major meals, to yoga and Pilates classes taught for free by professional instructors, to surfing boot camp (swell permitting), massage and more!

Seven Seas understands that New Yorkers have busy schedules, that’s why we have 4 affordable schedules of weekends to choose from. Trading with other members is possible, so no matter what your summer plans are like, you don’t have to give up that beach time. Best of all we provide all food and booze. Our members live in comfort and shopping and schlepping are nonexistent.
